What is KuroKit?
An agent-first change-monitoring service. It watches a web page, RSS feed, or official API and hands your AI assistant — or you, by email or Telegram — a clean event when something matching your rule happens.
Do I need to know how to code?
No. The dashboard wizard and the MCP tools both take plain-language descriptions of what to watch. You click the content you want on the page — you never write CSS by hand.
Can it only watch a whole block, or can it filter by keyword or topic?
It filters. Keyword mode matches literal terms (any one of them). Topic mode uses an LLM to match a natural-language description, like "layoffs or restructuring". Both work per-item on list-style pages like Wikipedia Recent Changes, not just on whole-page diffs.
Can it monitor pages that require me to be logged in?
Yes, if you install the KuroKit browser extension and stay logged in yourself — it fetches with your own session, the same as if you opened the page. Your AI assistant never sees your session or password.
Can it monitor JavaScript-heavy apps (SPAs) that render content after the page loads?
Yes, if you turn on “read the open tab” (renderMode live_tab) and leave that page open in the browser. KuroKit then reads the rendered page instead of raw HTML. You can optionally let it open a background tab when none is already open; the browser must still be running. Ordinary static pages should stay on the default fetch mode.
How do I get notified?
Email, Telegram, this MCP event stream (your agent pulls it with getEvents), or a webhook you control that we POST signed JSON to. Pick any combination per monitor.
What does it cost?
We sell high-signal monitor lines, not cheap page counts. Free ($0/mo) includes 1 live monitor forever and 100 AI-filter + notification calls per 30 days. Lite is $5.99/mo or $59.99/yr for 2 monitors; Standard is $29.99/mo or $299.99/yr for 25 monitors; Pro is $149.99/mo or $1499.99/yr for 200 monitors. Plus plans keep the same slots and raise the AI-filter + notification allowance. If you need thousands of URLs or pixel screenshots, this is the wrong product.
How is this different from typical webpage change monitors?
Those products are built for people watching a page for any visual or text change. KuroKit is built for an AI agent: MCP-native tools, keyword and topic filters so you only hear when it matters, official APIs and RSS when a page scrape is the wrong tool, and your own browser login when the page is behind a sign-in. We do not compete on screenshot diffs or thousands of URLs.
Why so few pages compared with other monitors?
Each plan slot is a high-signal line, not a cheap page. Free is 1 forever; Lite is 5. If you want to watch thousands of URLs for any pixel change, use a page-count tool instead.
